Parts are the elements of the bike that come with the car when obtained immediately from the supplier; they are brand new and the same. This means that changing a part of your bike with an aspect is like changing it with a unique aspect used to create your bike. Elements are contracted to a third party company that materials the element needed for the bike. These elements are usable, but are usually more expensive, since they are considered to be unique elements.
