There are a lot of scams going on regarding automotive warranty companies and most of those are taking place over the telephone. There are telemarketing companies that are using autodialers to make phone calls to people that are very deceptive. Most of these autodialers are telling people that it is their last opportunity to purchase an extended warranty and this preys on a segment of the population that is not educated in regards to how extended warranties work.
